 DBI- Tech UpSkill for All Application Form

The TechUpskill for All Training Program,
implemented by the Digital Business Institute (DBI) in collaboration with
partners, is part of the AIPI for All (Access International Partnership in IT)
project—a joint initiative of the Rwanda ICT Chamber and Germany-based IT
Association (BITMi). This program is designed to equip individuals with basic
education with foundational digital literacy and entrepreneurship skills,
enabling them to actively participate in the digital economy.
With a strong emphasis on inclusion, the program targets refugees, persons with
disabilities, low-income individuals, and disadvantaged women, empowering them
to unlock new opportunities for income generation, self-employment, and digital
engagement within their communities.
We are looking for motivated individuals eager to build their digital skills,
explore entrepreneurship, and contribute to Rwanda’s inclusive digital
transformation.
